Control & reservation

The complete room solution includes a reservation panel touchONE, controller & web application license. The basic configuration assumes the use of a controller controlCUE-basic, which controls the individual devices installed in the meeting room. The controller has to be accessible from a mobile device via a data network. Any touchONE reservation panel enables the activation of meeting management functions in the web application. The system supports a QR code for activating the webCUE application. The QR code can be printed on a label and pasted, for example, to the entrance to the meeting room or table. Thanks to this can be quick and easy to manage all of the meeting and reservation functions from the mobile device.
